When will you have new stock?
My shop is updated regularly, either with individual pieces (follow the making process on social media) or with small collections (the dates will be shared on my website and on social media if so).
You can sign up to be notified of product restocks by entering your email at the bottom of a sold out listing.
When will my order arrive?
All orders will be wrapped and posted within three working days. Please bare in mind my visits to the post office are by bike, in the Scottish Highlands, so sometimes it will be on the third working day if the weather is horrendous.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail, and will usually arrive 1-2 days of being posted. Orders over £75 will be sent tracked, and will receive a tracking code via email.
Please only email if you haven’t received your order within 28 days, as that’s when I can start applying for compensation with the Royal Mail. Until then, there’s unfortunately nothing I can do.
Do you take custom orders?
Unfortunately I’m not taking on any custom orders, but, you can use the email form at the bottom of each listing to mark your interest in certain pieces. I check the lists regularly, and will make an effort to make pieces that have been requested. You’ll then receive an email when that piece (or something similar) is available, but remember it’s not guaranteed yours and it’ll be first come, first served.
Will you post outside of the UK?
For the past few years, I have mostly posted worldwide. Then unfortunately, due to various political events, it became harder and harder for me to post outside of the UK. Now, for my own sanity, and allowing me to focus more on creating, I only post to the UK. I don’t have any plans for that to change. I appreciate the interest from my international customers greatly, and if anything changes, I will shout it from the rooftops.
