CHASING LIGHT ON RETRO BIKES
Over the past few years, I’ve fallen in love with unserious cycling (no strava here, we’re just cruising) and customising old bikes. As someone who doesn’t drive, and lives rurally, it’s been a game changer for my freedom and independence, and is another way for me to spend as much time as possible outdoors. I started documenting these rides and my progress with learning about bike maintenance and building over on YouTube.
My videos and bikes all have ties with 90s nostalgia, which I think goes hand in hand with the type of riding I enjoy. No plans, just the wind in your hair and seeing where you end up.
